Old House
When we go birding in the area, we often drive by this old house. I don't know how many times I said that I wished I could get a shot of the house. But the road it's on is a busy Farm-to-Market road, so we always drive by. Today we stopped.

Stormy,
I absolutely love old houses, sheds and barns. They have a story to tell if you listen closely! Out where I am (Cy-Fair) there used to be a lot of dairy farms. No old houses, but a rich history.
Fabulous shot, Storm...I did a similar thing last Saturday. There's an old broken-down shed around the corner and down along the road a bit from where I live, and I went and took a few photos of it with my new camera. I posted them on my blog...you may have seen them. They are so interesting, aren't they?
My little cabin in the woods is my sanctuary, where I enjoy watching the birds and other critters, and taking pictures. Note that I am not an expert photographer! ;-)
Earlier photos on this site were taken with a Fujifilm Finepix S5100 with 10x zoom and edited with Gimp.
Photos since January 2007 are taken with a Pentax K100D with a 70-300mm zoom lens and edited with Paintshop Pro XI Photo.
